SCIATICA / BACK PAIN SPECIFIC TRAINING

There is 50 to 70% population suffering from mild to acute back pain. Sciatica is one of the severe conditions found commonly in working population, athletes, dancers and also in highly active individuals. Obesity and sedentary lifestyle also adds to the back pain. Back pain can be extremely annoying and merely taking NSAIDS (Non-Steroidal drugs) can be fatal in long run. A systematic approach to training for back pain and sciatica includes:

FITNESS OVER 40

Men and Women over 40 years feel lost on fitness front and tend to accept that age has caught up. The growth hormone tends to decline post age of 20. It does not necessarily mean that one cannot stay fit and aesthetically good looking. Over 40 comes with responsibilities such as family, work, finances and gamut of aspirations.
