Body Profile Assessment includes: Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Fat Free Body Weight, Subcutaneous Fat, Visceral Fat, Body Water, Skeletal Muscle, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Protein, BMR, Cardiovascular Strength, Strength Test

For employees with Diabetes, Cancer, HyperTension or critical illness, we request to consult your doctor before engaging in any exercise program

There will be General Program in exercise, meditation, yoga & nutrition for all employees. For cohort of employees with special medical condition there will be a specific program
